Gluten Free Deliciousness


When you want to impress your guests but don't have the time.... this is 5 minutes work and worth every bite!


Base -                                               Filling -

3 Medium egg whites                                          3 medium egg yolks

200g sugar                                                             250ml double cream

3 cups desiccated coconut                              400g jar Nutella



Method:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180c.

2. Spray oil on a 28cm pie baking tray.

3. Mix the base ingredients with a wooden spoon, put in the tray including the sides.

4. Mix the base ingredients well and pour on the base.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes and then leave to cool.
