
Warm gooey chocolate roll, for the nice moments in life.
Ingredients (for 2 rolls) Chocolate filling
1 cup Gluten Free flour 200g soft butter
1 spoon dry yeast 1 cup of sugar
2 1/2 spoons of sugar 5 spoons of cocoa powder (sifted)
1 egg at room temperature 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Xanthum Gum 3 spoons Nutella
3 spoons warm milk
1 spoon of vegetable oil
Method
1. Put the dry yeast in a small bowl, add 1 spoon of sugar and 2-3 spoons of warm
water. mix well and set aside for 5 minutes.
2. Put in the flour In a large bowl and make a hole in the middle. Pour the yeast mixture
into the hole, and cover with the remain flour.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and start kneading until the dough is soft and a bit
sticky.
4. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and set aside for about 2 hours.
* Tip 1 - you can warm your oven to 50c, turn it off and put the cover bowl in it.
* Tip 2 - Put a warm bag in the microwave for 2 and a half minutes, take it out of the
microwave and put the cover bowl on top of it.
5. Filling - mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl, put aside.
6. Dust a clean surface with flour, and transfer the dough to the surface. Gently deflate it
with floured hands.
7. Roll half of the dough into a rectangle, spread half of the chocolate filling and roll,
make sure your ends are properly closed.
8. Do the same with the remaining dough and filling.
9. Wash the roll with beaten egg or milk, and bake in pre-heated oven to 180c for 30-40
minutes.
