Gluten Free Deliciousness


So easy... so delicious.....


Ingredients:

410ml condensed milk

1/2 cup lemon juice

225ml double cream

200g digestive biscuits

150g melted butter


Method:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180c

2. Break the biscuit into fine pieces, mix with the melted butter.

3. Press on the bottom of a 20cm cake tray and bake for 10-12 Minutes. leave to cool.

4. In one bowl, whisk the condensed milk with the lemon juice.

5. In another bowl, whisk the cream until foamy and fluffy.

7. Combine the two mixtures and put on the cool base.

8. Refrigerate for 5 hours, preferably overnight.
