Gluten Free Deliciousness

This cake is like a candy, as you will eat it square by square by square....



Ingredients                                               Topping (optional)

2 large eggs                                                   50g milk chocolate

1/4 Tspoon Baking Powder                            20g butter

1 small pot (200g) Nutella                              2 table spoons milk



Method


1. Pre-heat the oven to 170c. (conventional heat)

2. Whisk the eggs for 1 minute.

3. In the meantime, melt the Nutella in the Microwave for 30 second.

4. Add the melted Nutella and the baking powder, and continue whisking for

    eight minutes.

5. Lightly grease a small loaf tin cake.

6. Pure the pulp cake into the tin and bake for 22 minutes. Leave to cool.

7. Topping - put all ingredients in a small bowl and heat in the Microwave for 1 minute.

8. Mix well and pure over the cake.
